Itinerary

You should expect to get an overview of the city and the places that you should go visit. Along the way the guide will explain various aspects of Rome and its living conditions, helping you to understand the significance of places like the Trevi Fountain and the role that the ancient roman aqueducts have played on the development of modern Rome.

Being able to appreciate sites such as the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps up close requires that we arrive by using our extensive of back streets and side roads. We will still probably only be able to get near though so we, your guides, usually wait with the bicycles whilst you can walk to get up close.

Expect to make the most of your time in Rome by using our guide to visiting the rest of the city and its monuments, provided when you make your booking. This guide will help to map out the areas not covered during this tour and create an itinerary on what you still need to see.

  • City Walls and Borghese Gardens
  • Flaminio Gate and Piazza del Popolo
