  • Upon submission of your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.
  • The confirmation email will contain all relevant details as to where, when etc.¬†
  • The confirmation email also contains details on payment status and instructions on how to proceed with online payment if you chose to book via email (Only available to registered members. ie not guest bookings)
  • If there is any need to contact you regarding your booking, we will do so via email &/or telephone.
Account Creation and Use
  • By creating an account, you agree to our Privacy Statement and Terms & Conditions.
  • We will not use personal information for any other reason than to contact you with regards to your bike tour and will not pass on any information to third parties.
  • You can use your account to view your booking, make any changes necessary, cancel and request refunds, make payments and download receipts/invoices.
  • Creating an account is useful for being able to keep track of your booking whilst you travel and view it online.
